Shipping Policy

Orders are dispatched from our domestic US and UK fulfillment hubs. Each parcel is packed in discreet, thermal-protected packaging to protect the product in transit.

Delivery takes 1–2 business days with full end-to-end tracking and no customs clearance. You receive the tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Keep the kit refrigerated at 2°C to 8°C on arrival, as stated on the packaging.
