What comes in each kit?

Every kit contains a pre-filled pen, sterile single-use needles and alcohol swabs. There is nothing to mix or reconstitute and nothing to buy separately.

Why choose NordicGen pre-filled pens over raw powder vials?

Raw powder vials have to be reconstituted by hand with bacteriostatic water. That adds preparation steps and a contamination risk, and a mixed vial has a short shelf life. NordicGen pens arrive pre-filled in solution, so there is nothing to mix and nothing to prepare.

How will my order be shipped?

All orders are dispatched from our local US and UK fulfillment centers by express domestic courier. Parcels are packed in shock-proof, discreet thermal packaging to protect the product. Delivery takes 1–2 business days with full tracking and no customs clearance.

How should research materials be stored?

Keep the kit refrigerated at 2°C to 8°C, as stated on the packaging. Contact our team if you have any handling questions.
